The company was incorporated in 1939 in Japan. Later in 2001, the company expanded its facility to Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, Chon Buri with 2 plants as first Bang Pakong, Phase 4 Plant and second Phan Thong, Phase 8 Plant.
